Ground Vehicle Testing

Suspension Test Systems
The Rexroth Suspension Simulator enables studying of the dynamic characteristics of a suspension system and its components. The system can apply controlled forces in multiple degrees of freedom to each individual suspension system. This allows better insight in the performance and durability of the suspension system as it is subject to forces and vibrations. Specific test profiles (including amongst others vibrations and
severe impacts) can be programmed to accelerate the degrading process of the suspension systems of trailers, cars, trucks or any other ground vehicle.

Tire Testing Systems
Tire Testing Systems allow researchers and engineers to dynamically change tire attitudes and loads while simultaneously measuring tire-generated forces and moments and analyze wear and tear of tires under pre-defined testing conditions.
Drive train Testing Systems
Nowadays, customer requirements for vehicles are a true challenge to meet. Fuel efficient, quiet, vibration-free, smooth vehicles with solid, confident handling are important.
The expectations of the customers require continuing development effort to enhance drive train performance and efficiency. Bosch Rexroth provides drive train test systems that have capability to determine the effectiveness of your drive train components.
